The Mono Lake Fall workshop adds a new twist: It's now the Mono Lake/BODIE Fall Photography seminar! This workshop, this year October 7-9, will as always be based in picturesque Lee Vining, near the shores of Mono Lake, but - for the first time - we'll spend a day in the historic mining town of Bodie! On Saturday, it's on to Bodie, where we'll spend the day photographing in and around this remote mining town, active from the mid 1800s through the early 1930s. We'll be joined by my dear friend Jill Lachman, who - as a ranger, photographer and instructor - knows Bodie's history and its light better than anyone.
